Return and refund Clean Tower
You can always notify us within 14 days of the day you received your order that you wish to return the product in an unused condition.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
If the products have been used on the Consumer's premises or have been damaged in any way, the right to revoke or rescind the contract lapses.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only the cost of return from your home to the online store is at your own expense. Please check your carrier's website for exact costs.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Clean-Tower with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and - if reasonably possible - original packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@clean-tower.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of his decision to withdraw from the contract by a written statement (by e-mail). For this purpose, the customer can use the model withdrawal form, but the customer is not obliged to do so. To do so, the customer can use the following e-mail address: info@clean-tower.com. Please include your customer details, order number and your reason.

Charges and chargebacks
Return costs are always for the buyer. The cost of return depends on the carrier chosen by the customer. The customer chooses their own carrier. Please take into account any large parcel surcharges the parcel service might charge.
Clean Tower will hold itself responsible for the transportation cost of any replacement product. Upon receipt, the returned product will be checked for any signs of use and damage. After this inspection, the purchase price will be refunded to the customer's account immediately and at the latest within 14 business days of receipt. Any repair costs for user marks or damage will be deducted.
Terms
During the viewing period, the customer will have to handle the product and its packaging with care. The customer should only unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess whether the customer wishes to keep the product. If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, it is necessary to return the product with all delivered accessories in the original condition and - if reasonably possible - original packaging to Clean Tower. Clean Tower shall immediately upon receipt of the returned goods assess whether they have been returned in proper condition.
Once your return has been received and inspected, Clean Tower will send you an email to let you know that the returned item has been received in good order.
