General terms and conditions
1 Definitions
1.1 In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
a. The company Clean Tower has its registered office at De Nieuwe Erven 3, 5431 NV Cuijk. Registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 92774865, is responsible for the performance of the services and supplies referred to in these terms and conditions.
b. The consumer who enters into a contract with Clean Tower for the supply of products.
c. The article offered and sold by Clean Tower to the consumer, as described on Clean Tower's website and specified in the corresponding product information.
d. The agreement between Clean Tower and the consumer regarding the supply of products.
2 Applicability
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Clean Tower and the consumer regarding the products, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions shall only be valid if agreed in writing between Clean Tower and the consumer.
3 Orders
3.1 Orders for products may be placed via the Clean Tower website or through other channels designated by Clean Tower.
3.2 Clean Tower reserves the right to refuse orders or to impose additional conditions for the acceptance of an order.
4 Delivery
4.1 Clean Tower shall endeavour to deliver the products to the delivery address provided by the customer within a short period after receipt of the order.
4.2 The consumer is responsible for providing correct and complete information regarding the delivery address.
4.3 The delivery deadlines specified by Clean Tower are indicative and shall not be binding deadlines unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
5 Warranty and returns
5.1 Clean Tower guarantees the quality and soundness of the products in accordance with the descriptions and specifications stated on the clean-tower.com website
5.2 You can always notify us within 14 days from the day of receipt of your order that you wish to return the product in an unused condition.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited the full order amount.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. The product must also be returned in its original packaging or in packaging of at least equal strength to prevent damage during transport.
If the products have been used on the Consumer's premises or damaged in any way, the right to withdraw or rescind the contract lapses.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product including all delivered accessories must be returned to Clean Tower in its original condition and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us by e-mail. After we have received the returned product in good order, we will refund the full order amount to your account within 14 days.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us of the decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a written statement, e.g. by e-mail. The consumer may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not obligatory.
If you approach us with a withdrawal request, we will send you the model form by e-mail. To submit a withdrawal, please contact us at info@clean-tower.com. Please include your customer details, order number and reason for withdrawal.
5.3 The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
5.4 Clean Tower grants a warranty period of five (5) years from the date of purchase on telescopic handles. For all other products a warranty period of one (1) year shall apply, also counting from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers only manufacturing defects and material defects that occur during normal and careful use of the products, in accordance with the instructions as stated in the enclosed manual. Damage or defects resulting from improper or careless use, incorrect assembly or disassembly, falls, impacts, external influences, modifications or repairs by third parties, as well as normal wear and tear, are expressly excluded from the warranty. In case of doubt regarding the applicability of the warranty, Clean Tower shall assess the defect and inform the customer accordingly.
6 Liability
6.1 Clean Tower shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Products, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Clean Tower.
6.2 Clean Tower's liability shall at all times be limited to the amount paid by the consumer for the product in question.
7 Privacy
7.1 Clean Tower shall treat the consumer's personal data confidentially and shall use it only for the performance of the contract and the improvement of its services.
7.2 Clean Tower shall not disclose the consumer's personal data to third parties, unless explicit consent has been obtained from the consumer or if this is necessary for the performance of the contract.
8 Other provisions
8.1 The agreement and these general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
8.2 Disputes arising from or related to the agreement between Clean Tower and the consumer shall initially be submitted to the Web Shop Disputes Committee. If the dispute cannot be resolved within this committee, the parties reserve the right to submit the dispute to the competent court in the district where Clean Tower is established.
8.3 If any provision in these general terms and conditions is found to be void or voidable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
8.4 Clean Tower reserves the right to amend or supplement these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended Terms and Conditions shall apply to new orders and shall take effect after they have been published on Clean Tower's website.

10 Final provisions
10.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between Clean Tower and the consumer regarding the products and supersede all previous agreements and understandings, both oral and written, between the parties.
10.2 Any deviations from these General Terms and Conditions shall only be valid if agreed in writing between Clean Tower and the consumer.
