Clean Tower is committed to delivering orders within the shortest possible time to the delivery address provided by the customer. We do our best to ship products quickly and carefully to ensure that the customer receives the order in a timely manner.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and complete delivery information when placing the order. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays or failure to deliver the order correctly. Any additional costs or consequences resulting from this will be borne by the customer.

All stated delivery times are indicative only and may vary. These deadlines shall not be binding unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Clean Tower shall not be liable for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or force majeure situations.
