Warranty and returns

Clean Tower guarantees the quality and soundness of the products in accordance with the descriptions and specifications stated on the clean-tower.com website

You can always notify us within 14 days from the day you received your order that you wish to return the product in an unused condition.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited the full order amount.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. The product must also be returned in its original packaging or in packaging of at least equal strength to prevent damage during transport.

If the products have been used on the Consumer's premises or damaged in any way, the right to withdraw or rescind the contract lapses.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product including all delivered accessories must be returned to Clean Tower in its original condition and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us by e-mail. After we have received the returned product in good order, we will refund the full order amount to your account within 14 days.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us of the decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a written statement, e.g. by e-mail. The consumer may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not obligatory.

If you approach us with a withdrawal request, we will send you the model form by e-mail. To submit a withdrawal, please contact us at info@clean-tower.com. Please include your customer details, order number and the reason for withdrawal.

The cost of the return is to be borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

Clean Tower grants a warranty period of five (5) years from the date of purchase on telescopic poles. All other products are covered by a warranty period of one (1) year, also counting from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers only manufacturing defects and material defects that occur during normal and careful use of the products, in accordance with the instructions as stated in the manual provided. Damage or defects resulting from improper or careless use, incorrect assembly or disassembly, falls, impacts, external influences, modifications or repairs by third parties, as well as normal wear and tear, are expressly excluded from the warranty. In case of doubt as to the applicability of the warranty, Clean Tower shall assess the defect and inform the customer accordingly.
