Terms and Conditions
1 Definitions
1.1 For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
a. Clean Tower is a company with its registered office at De Nieuwe Erven 3, 5431 NV Cuijk. Registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 92774865, it is responsible for the performance of the services and deliveries specified in these terms and conditions.
b. A consumer who enters into a contract with Clean Tower for the delivery of products.
c. The item offered and sold by Clean Tower to the consumer, as described on the Clean Tower website and specified in the accompanying product information.
d. The agreement between Clean Tower and the consumer regarding the delivery of products.
2 Applicability
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Clean Tower and the consumer regarding the products, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Any deviations from these terms and conditions are valid only if they have been agreed upon in writing between Clean Tower and the consumer.
3 Orders
3.1 Orders for products may be placed via the Clean Tower website or through other channels designated by Clean Tower.
3.2 Clean Tower reserves the right to refuse orders or to impose additional conditions on the acceptance of an order.
4 Delivery
4.1 Clean Tower will make every effort to deliver the products to the delivery address provided by the customer within a short period of time after receiving the order.
4.2 The consumer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address.
4.3 The delivery times specified by Clean Tower are approximate and are not binding, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
5 Warranty and Returns
5.1 Clean Tower guarantees the quality and reliability of its products in accordance with the descriptions and specifications listed on the clean-tower.com website
5.2 You may return the product in unused condition at any time within 14 days of receiving your order.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The product must also be returned in its original packaging or in packaging of at least equal strength to prevent damage during shipping.
If the products have been used by the Consumer or have been damaged in any way, the right to cancel or terminate the agreement is forfeited.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, including all accessories provided, must be returned to Clean Tower in its original condition and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via email. Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will refund the full order amount to your account within 14 days.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a written statement, such as an email. The consumer may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
If you contact us to request a cancellation, we will send you the standard form via email. To submit a cancellation request, please contact us at [email protected]. Please include your customer information, order number, and the reason for the cancellation.
5.3 The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
5.4 Clean Tower provides a five (5)-year warranty on telescopic poles, effective from the date of purchase. All other products are covered by a one (1) year warranty, also effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and material flaws that occur during normal and careful use of the products, in accordance with the instructions provided in the included manual. Damage or defects resulting from improper or careless use, incorrect assembly or disassembly, drops, impacts, external influences, modifications, or repairs by third parties, as well as normal wear and tear, are expressly excluded from the warranty. In case of doubt regarding the applicability of the warranty, Clean Tower will assess the defect and notify the customer accordingly.
6 Liability
6.1 Clean Tower shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the use of the products, unless such damage is caused by Clean Tower’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
6.2 Clean Tower’s liability is at all times limited to the amount paid by the consumer for the product in question.
7 Privacy
7.1 Clean Tower will treat the consumer’s personal data as confidential and will use it solely for the purpose of performing the agreement and improving its services.
7.2 Clean Tower will not disclose the consumer’s personal data to third parties unless it has obtained the consumer’s express consent or if such disclosure is necessary for the performance of the agreement.
8 Other Provisions
8.1 The agreement and these general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
8.2 Disputes arising from or related to the agreement between Clean Tower and the consumer shall first be submitted to the Online Shopping Disputes Committee. If the dispute cannot be resolved by this committee, the parties reserve the right to submit the dispute to the competent court in the judicial district where Clean Tower is located.
8.3 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or voidable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
8.4 Clean Tower reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions at any time. Amended terms and conditions apply to new orders and will take effect once they are published on the Clean Tower website.

10 Final Provisions
10.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between Clean Tower and the consumer regarding the products and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written, between the parties.
10.2 Any deviations from these terms and conditions are valid only if they have been agreed upon in writing between Clean Tower and the consumer.
